Mostly freezer & pantry ingredients: Frozen meatballs & spinach, rice, jarlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, just made a mirepoix to start and added a bunch of chopped parsley and crushed red pepper at the end.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who uses jarlic. I feel like that one guy on Insta is trying to make it his nemesis. This is the next soup I want to veganize. I miss it so!

People who shit on jarlic are just bad people. Use what works for you, what you can afford, what your body allows!

It has its uses! Something that’s gonna simmer for 2 hours is one of them.
