What gentle advice! It’s good advice too. I love that you remind people not to sand off their difficult corners.

Speaking as a shy extrovert who recently moved out of state for a new job: a) thanks, I needed that, and b) one of the nice things about leaving a job is that you get to like the people you liked and leave the ones you didn't. I miss the good people and I do stay in touch w/them if/when I can.

This is great advice!
