Do these "workers" have the ability to consent? I think not, so the model is not employment, it's slavery. Wherever slavery becomes an acceptable model, it tends to expand and metastasize.

'bending minds and leaning into learning' i just barfed up most of my anatomy. i think the first time i experienced onboarding was working for a community college back in 2017? 2018? it was a fucking nightmare. i had to open up SO MANY internet accouts. i don't like 21st cent.

I hate the word "onboarding" so much! Why does it have to be so close to "waterboarding"?

She speaks as if LLM-based agents learn and respond to incentives like humans. She's either got an extremely sophisticated back-end to build a "human learning simulation" out of cruder tools like system prompts and fine tuning, or she knows nothing about the tech. My bet's on the latter.
