Rain has pretty much canceled July 4th celebrations and fireworks around here but we are being treated to something even better: thunderstorms! The original - and still best - Big Noise with Lights in the Sky.

so far just some sprinkles that you can barely discern from the intense humidity. i want a dramatic storm. we are so long overdue.
