My happiest recollection of the 4th of July was in 1976. The 200th anniversary of our country. I was able to celebrate the joyous occasion with my mother and sister at Disney World. A vivid memory that I cherish.

Fourth was always a non-event growing up on a farm. Just another work day for a lot of farmers.

Having your birthday on the 4th is depressing.

My brother's birthday is on July 4th & he constantly brags that the fireworks are for him! I doubt he'll ever stop saying that! 🙄

Ha ha, I was born on Labor Day, and I never stopped saying that my mother was in labor on Labor day 😀
