Another helicopter has joined the fray. OC Sheriff SWAT just tore down the street to campus. This is absolutely nuts. I've seen less police attention in high speed chases.

There are at least 50 police SUVs parked down there; I counted. That's insane, and they're calling for more? The police are out of control in this country.
