Nah. Many captured rebel flags were returned after the war, particularly during Grover Cleveland’s presidency. Those in the possession of individual states have been symbolically repatriated through the years. VA has asked (nicely) for the flag’s return on a couple occasions.

Next time they ask aim a Minuteman at them and ask if they feel lucky.
