I wonder if people that have no inner eye/inner dialogue have an easier time falling asleep because sometimes I really want to sleep but also I can’t stop watching the movie in my head about the Jedi robot that transforms into a spaceship.

Devastatingly, we just end up thinking about the Jedi robot that transforms into a spaceship conceptually with no audiovisual aid. So, y’know… even worse.

Interestingly, I've found I can use that to my advantage. It tends to help me to not think about stress or planning for when I'm awake and sometimes just leads directly into dreams. ^^'
