Plus, with brand new anesthesia residents, the spotlight is off my SRNA cohort a bit since we’re no longer the babies of the anesthesia crew

it's very nice to see them, imo

Personally I’d love a new baby doctor that’s probably anxiously considering every possibility and double checking everything they do
