First day on Adderall. I was able to keep track of things better, concentrate more, and deal with emotions and irritations with more deliberation.

I also had the near-constant soundtrack of pop music that played in my head for literally as long as I can remember go from "standing next to the radio" to "hey, what's that music I'm hearing in the grocery" level, so I didn't need to focus past it, which felt very strange.

Gonna be interesting discussing this with my therapist.
