This is my biggest concern around research and software for people leveraging Gen AI tools. As people adopt these into their workflows, they'll be exposed to fewer diverse perspectives and ideas. The best way to fight this? Encourage people to share ideas. Less optimization, more experimentation.

Shortest TL;DR I have for using custom resources in #godot w/ gdscript - Use @export for any var you want saved - Write an _init implementation to set default values/read from saved values on disk - Use custom resources as variables to keep things organized Here's an example from my #gamedev proj.

I think there's a lot more space in tech for embracing the kinds of novel approaches to programming that neurodivergent people might have. Ai code tools pushing the homogeneous mindset behind programming the "right way" will only make things worse for everyone long term

This reminds me of an idea I had in which users would get tokens of their data (stored locally), and then companies/websites would offer a payout to receive that data from you. Or you could just not give them that data. Your choice! I wanna implement it at some point 🤔🤔

I love that I can just slap my theme in #godot onto UI elements and it just starts looking so much better 😊 Trying to play around with spacing a bit. But this was a nice little break from trying to figure out iOS code signing (idk why the terminology between iOS and android is so different)

Well I'm definitely enjoying testing my #godot game more frequently on mobile, but the UI is SO TINY. I can barely press those buttons. Need to think through some ways to improve the #design so I can keep the background in view but also allow users to ya know.. solve math problems.

I helped playtest this game during the tail end of development and I loved it. So many amazing environments!! #unrealengine #gamedev
