This! German public broadcasting #ÖRR is picking up and merely lazily translating the U.S. media narrative, so I'm getting several messages from Germany these days: "So now that Trump was nearly shot, he's going to win."

Had a random conversation in the bar with someone pretty left but who doesn't follow politics closely & he was 100% convinced Trump's already won, just due to media narrative.

I finally found the original edition from 1928! 😍 It arrived from Gloucestershire today.

In this small #Iowa town, the Drumpf/Pfance campaign yard signs have already mushroomed out of the ground...

From protesting the nazis' calls for mass deportations in Germany, I have come a long way this year to... ...this. Vom Regen in die Traufe, as the Germans say.

I've seen a lot of one-offs of people holding these signs, but what is truly chilling is a sea of these being held up by delegates.

Interesting. Bsky will allow a naked man on a rock to get a hand job by a succubus but tag my painting of the Goddess Danu for sexual content. She is literally in profile with a seagull, one breast showing that is barely larger than a man's. This site is very unfriendly to art and museums.
