i was just talking to my boss about this the other day, she had one at work a couple years ago, just felt like pressure and she worked the rest of the day and felt better on her way to an urgent care after clocking out and almost turned around and went home

Heart disease is the number one killer of adult AFABs still. Turns out that's what killed my friend last year. Heart failure. At 33. 🫠

That's terrible. It's strange how bad the communication about what warning signs to look for is. And having a terrible ruinous Healthcare system doesn't help

They'd been so sick and there was medical malpractice. I miss them every day. It's terrifying how this goes unnoticed.

I'm partially terrified that I will have my heart attack symptoms ignored by a doctor who doesn't understand trans people's bodies.

That's not an unreasonable fear sadly.
