When did you ever hear “think tank” uttered without introducing a person who acts like a leaky high-pressure tank full of incoherently self-debunking chatter?
They really mean “talk tanks”
It's a fine cartoon, but I truly *love* it when cartoonist resort to Ben Garrison-esque levels of labeling to realllllly drive their point home. I'm so glad this cartoonist labeled a tank mauling a grove of trees as "the environment"—never would've gotten it otherwise!
