For those curious about #KidLitAMA behind-the-scenes: deck.blue was GREAT for scheduling posts, notifying me (I used CAT notif sound π) when anyone posted in AMA thread. @brianlarossa.com & I used DMs when needed; I monitored Qs.
Also thanks @bossett.social for gated thread idea / registration.

Limiting replies helped make sure all had read guidelines.
I also found deck.blue's scheduled post feature SUPER-handy in timing the intro, "5 minutes left", and wrap-up post. Made things far less stressful for me.
I'll post a how-to AMA sometime soon for others who want to try hosting on Bluesky.
