The shit is already normalized and has been for a while. It's always good to remember normalized and acceptable ain't always synonymous. And even with how fucking horrible things globally are, acceptability in that regard is only reserved for the very comfortable.
I dunno what the post said. But my stsncestance on abolition is still "Let's NOT lock people up on petty crimes first and work from there." Especially since current presence has shown you'll get a lesser sentence to more you steal from people.
I'll never understand people who try to make a career out of hating shit. Closest thing I can think of is like Brad Jones and he actually loves the shit he's hating.
