Big issue also with employers who fail to pay (therefore stealing) kiwisaver deductions, student loans and child support deductions. Beyond reprehensible.

Absolutely reprehensible. Millions are owed to workers and IRD rarely prosecuted, they continue to educate and talk to the thieves which is the opposite of how welfare recipients are treated even if they are overpaid by MSD.
