I still really love this piece from the summer of 2010. It was a commissioned mural for Corner Bloc Coffee Shop. Definitely a large one: it’s on the second story of of a building so scaffolding was necessary. The colors, the flow, the letters… it just all fits the aesthetics I’m drawn towards

There is never an okay time to purposefully misgender someone. No matter how mad you are. No matter what kind of person you think they are. Adding gray areas to this will only do harm to trans and gender non conforming people in the long run. It is wrong 100% of the time.
