Not sure how big a vote-getter it is any more. Most states have at least medical at this point. There aren't that many states left holding out.

To be clear, this is, at least in some ways, a MASSIVE shift. The tax law doesn't allow deductions for trades or businesses that involve selling Schedule I or Schedule II drugs. Period. Even if the business is legal in the state it operates in.
