I want to still have a men’s team, but I’m totally fine with not funding it and it being a Sunday league thing and just investing in the women’s team. If these bums want to show up on their own dime and embarrass themselves I wouldn’t feel so bad about it.

I have equal but different issues with the women’s team as currently constituted but at least they hired an internationally successful manager. And Japan is world champions. The U.S. went out in the round of 16 which is a WORSE result than Berhalter had in Qatar.
