Got a really badly painted “book of the dead” on a crappy junk store for 3 bucks and decided to go over the incredibly shoddy paint job. I’ve missed practical things like this so much - can’t wait to keep making things now!

did you know, I had the ambition to make an "Obi-Wan" movie as far back when Disney bought Lucasfilm. My idea was essentially Yojimbo with an arc for Obi-Wan to make amends with his purpose. No other jedi, no sith, no Vader. Just a story with conflicts with Owen, and a Tusken siege (seen below).

Coraline the movie is 15 years old today! And to celebrate, Laika are rereleasing it, remastered, and in the original 3D, this coming August. I feel like a proud grandfather. Also, I have still never seen a better use of 3D than Coraline. Did you see it when it first came out?
