Went exploring today. Moss everywhere but alas, missing the distilled water to try Lorraine’s suggestion. Must admit, after looking up ‘water bears’ I was happy enough to see them through the magic of the internet 😆 🤯 @mcclowny.bsky.social @bethvolkmann.bsky.social

I used to add distilled water to a very small bit of moss and let my kids marvel at the ‘reconstituted’ water bears (tardigrades) under a microscope.
