Isn’t that what they’ve been claiming to be in support of & using kids as photo op props for the past few years?
They are blocking enforcement of the new idk clarifications (they say rules but I don't think it actually changes any rule) that state that trans kids can't be discriminated against. Because they want to discriminate against trans kids.
Ok, I had figured that was the case.
I thought Title IX & Title VII of the CRA of 1964 worked in conjunction bc of the Bostock ruling.
