Well done. Most liberals and progressives have selfishly betrayed the vulnerable people they claim to care about. btw, sincere libertarians used to believe it was wrong to recklessly put other people at risk--going unmasked in crowded public spaces during an airborne pandemic absolutely does that.

I respect the policy challenge of trying to find a balance between good-faith positions. I fear our problem now is policy pressured to balance good faith with bad-faith and willful ignorance. Covid revealed that we, the U.S., absolutely suck at collective action, almost by design.
