Catastrophic. The fact that most watchers and of course most of us who work on regulation knew this was coming doesn’t soften the blow a bit. The modern administrative state is critical for health & social policy. Undermining it promises to worsen overall health and expand health inequalities.

"The modern right-wing project is devoted to worsening overall health" ranks as a statement that reads as hyperbole, but isn't. I wrote what I wrote.

and the idiots they are dont recongnize that shareholders are also...impacted by tainted water??

With increasing returns, they can afford their own filters? Just … just grasping at straws here, I got nothing in the way of an actually _logical_ analysis.

Why not analyze it in terms of gratuities? Increasing the profits of a specific set of businesses at the expense of harming public welfare makes it likely that the owner of that business will pay a gratuity to the justices. That's what yesterday's ruling was all about anyways.
