These are the cream of the crop of the liberal legal intelligentsia 🤷 How is it any wonder Republicans so completely out-maneuvered Democrats on court stacking? The Liberal establishment is not coming to save us. From their ivory towers they can hardly even see us.

These individuals are being self-interested as lawyers and law professors, I think. Some people pointed it out at the time, as a reason to disregard their stated opinions. They wanted to place their students as clerks, and their clients' cases might end up before the judges they were flattering.
