Imagine the quote tweet on this in five years time when the whole retaining wall has collapsed and my neighbour’s patio has surfed through my kitchen window on fifteen tons of soil and cement - these little flowers just poking out of the rubble.
I love these plants. I first saw them in the cracks between steps up to old house front doors. Gorgeous little clumps of early summer. Now they're like the purple weed, but still lovely with it.
