Today, we’re releasing starter packs — personalized invites that allow you to bring friends directly into your slice of Bluesky! 🚀 Update to version 1.87 of the app or refresh desktop to create a starter pack. (It may take a moment for version 1.87 to appear in the iOS App/Google Play stores.)

📢 1.87 is rolling out now (2/4) Sometimes a thread gets too heated. Now you can lock a thread retroactively so that only the people you specify (or nobody!) can reply. Also: muting a thread now works more reliably.

📢 1.87 is rolling out now (3/4) Also: • Explore page now includes suggested feeds, and search now searches for feeds. • Added an option to show larger "alt text" indicators on images. • GIFs now show correctly in notifications. • You can now subscribe to 20 labelers.

The limit they're currently testing with is 90 seconds long and I think the maximum upload size is 100MB? Not totally sure on that Latest update from Paul here:

How about adding the ability to load your feed from where you left off? Hate having to scroll down pages and pages to see the last thing I read.
