I haven't read the immunity opinion because my mental health is more important, but I like to imagine that the majority said that they found immunity in the penumbras of article II

It sure would be comical if Samuel Alito had recently published an opinion in which he expressed strong feelings about flags and wrote that passersby viewing a flag flying over a building would naturally assume the flag conveys some message on the owner's behalf www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21p...

I'm proposing a new corollary to the Bechdel test, the Robert Jordan test. A book passes if there are at least two women characters whose bosoms aren't described.
