Seems like they could easily say that it's too confusing to have a candidate on the ballot that wasn't in the primary, in the same way that they say it's too confusing to voters to change an obviously gerrymandered map close to an election
Candidates dropping out or dying is not new, and more importantly, he’s NOT even the candidate. Your concern on this issue is so unfounded, a Supreme Court intervention would be met by actual drone strikes from Harris.
Not everyone, immunity was presumed for certain functions, and they had the benefit of the case being unprecedented. Yes, they loaded it with bullshit to protect Trump, zero question. But the ballot issues are clear & tested.
SC is a threat with any win, but focus needs to be on WINNING now.
