Re: all the presidential immunity discourse, I don't really see what Biden is supposed to do other than resign to let a new candidate run.
Even if he wouldn't be criminally liable for ordering a hit on Trump, it's not like that would actually work lol
Just because the SCOTUS ruling would prevent him from being personally charged with crimes doesn't make it automatically practical or possible for him to commit them...
For context, people are saying he can now use his immunity to take out Trump or somehow stop Trump from running, in order to avert losing the election.
I'm just saying the only practical thing he can probably still do to avoid Democrats losing the election is to step down.
