I appreciate the intent here, but nobody "lets" a disability disable them. Both FDR and Biden actively hid their disabilities in order to be more societally palatable. They were successful bc they are wealthy white men who went to lengths to appear able bodied. Not bc they overcame being disabled.
Where is the stutter when he talks about "taking back the streets" from the "superpredators" in 1993? Please point to one example in the entire 10 minute defense of his "Biden Crime Bill".
