cbd has been very helpful for my chronic pain and sleep issues, i can't take that dispensary weed either! i grow hemp for it myself but the little tincture bottles of cbd work well too

I've been making my own mids by buying their CBD flower and grinding together with regular flower. Watering it down until I get a ratio where blazing can be a casual action once again
