picked a few hundred sugar rush peppers today from pepper plants i started in december. they're sweet peppers (similar to bells) that are about as hot as a jalapeno. they're different shapes cause bees love pepper flowers and have cross-bred everything in my garden

I had those last year and tried a pickled banana recipe on them. Spicy pickled peppers for your sandwiches and salads. They turned out great.
