It took an unbelievable two weeks to get all the information we need to replace our HVAC system, but we finally signed a contract. Will take a couple of weeks before the system is in and they can install it, so fingers crossed the twine and string holding our current system together holds until then
By the end of July we'll have a new HVAC system and new windows. Our house is going to be so energy efficient or at least that's what I keep telling myself so I don't cry about how much money we're spending.
I feel you. Our new HVAC (Trane) is next Monday. We've also had to spend money on sidewalk (SIDEWALK!! and we live on a corner *sob*) and replacing our wobbly deck. I'm trying hard not to look askance at any of our appliances, lest they develop an attitude...
We did our sidewalk a number of years ago, but it's the tiniest patch of sidewalk ever. Someone wrote their initials + someone else's initials inside a heart in the wet cement and I'm still mad about it. I'm like you people probably aren't even together anymore!
