At the risk of sounding like a Cosmo quiz: what's your favourite/cannot-live-without-it skincare product?

(Mine is probably this, because my skin is sensitive/intermittently angry and it doesn't make it angrier - but I've also recently become a snail mucin girlie and it's actually a decent, if bizarre, serum)

This for when my face is dry as hell. Their jelly lip things too. Does wonders for chapped lips. Smells good as well.
