three points isn't even particularly massive as an election-day lead. it is trivial as a July 8th lead.

I feel like too many people on here are not facing the facts about the extremely desperate and dismal electoral situation Biden is in. If you just take the states where Trump is up MORE THAN THREE POINTS in the polling average (a massive lead), he's already got the Electoral College locked.

On this day in 2016, Hillary was up by over 6 points in PA, 9 in WI, almost 5 in *Florida*, etc.

Yeah, yeah, but those polls were wrong. These polls are clearly 100% correct, so correct that the margin of error doesn't even count.

MOE is of course another factor. I agree that because both Trump and Biden are known entities and there are probably fewer undecided voters -- but we also saw midterm polls that massively overstated GOP strength.
