I watched Biden do the Medal of Honor thing and he was fine. I understand that people are concerned w how he’ll handle being challenged and thinking on his feet. But he’s literally doing an interview on Friday. People calling for him to resign need to let that happen, and assess it honestly.
This isn’t shifting the goalposts. This isn’t saying keep giving the guy 1 billion opportunities while we get closer to the election. They scheduled this after the awful debate to try to show that he has still got what it takes. So let them see if they can do it. Calm down for like 48 hours.
The thing I'm honestly more concerned about is that he's listening to terrible advice from terrible strategists. They may not be able to fully put this to bed no matter what, but at the moment, they appear to be feeding it by being weird.
