My parents weeks old LG TV is now unusable due to a "this app will now restart to free up more memory" error. So broken that you can't use the settings menu (to turn off various things) or delete apps. Power cycling doesn't help. Putting in USB memory stick doesn't help. Anyone know how to fix it?

I picked up a couple of free books instead!
