I found a journal from 2018 and Iโm sad there were only a handful of entries. My son was about 5 months and Iโd just found out I was pregnant with my daughter. ๐ I really should start journaling again.
I don't think I journalled for months after both children. While it is a shame not to have those thoughts, I also know I wasn't writing because I didn't want to at the time.
