I'm always torn because the things that Bloomberg Philanthropies and the Gates Foundation do are good (reducing child drowning, pushing for smoking reduction and vaccines etc etc plus Bloomberg supports a lot of JavaScript work directly and through Igalia) but it also shouldn't need billionaires
