Feeling pretty sorry for myself in a flare up. The allergy reaction is going down, but tendinitis has put me out of commission when I'm feeling creatively inspired. Frustrating 😭😭 I know rest is the only cure, but it's scary how fast the brain weasels swarm!

The bad: Con sketching has given me a fun tendinitis flare up. I'm out of commission for a couple of days.😭 The good: I just cried at the xmen97 opening. ♥️ I finally get to watch it.

hmm. I use a wacom pro 24, and it seems the hard switch to turn touch input off/on is not working any more. All of the other buttons there work fine. I can't control it via the software. Anyone had this? how can I turn it off? ;_;

I have lugged a heavy suitcase across our ancient underground system, with no lifts. Thank you, the one American man who helped me up some stairs at shepherd's bush (advertised as a disabled access station!). Sketching at the con will depend on whether I've broken myself on the journey 😭

Overheard on the train: 'I'm not washing my hands on a train. I promise you my dick is cleaner than the sink in there' This is actually a really nice train, so...I dunno, dude.

I know I'm not alone in this. Using a talking lift in a station...and the doors slide open on the upper level and the lift says in a pleasant mechanical voice 'bridge'. And right before it, I whisper 'captain on...'

I was lucky enough to finally get the full translated Rose of Versaille for my birthday from @pud.bsky.social & my family. I have the whole series in Italian & watched the anime many times, but these editions are stunning 💖💖 And I love that Udon included bookplates that I have never seen before!
