Yet another bill that purports to fix some "emergency threat" but doesn't take effect until long after the next election. Politicians get to say they "did something" but the actual effects are so disconnected from the action itself that they get to play dumb when it all goes badly. DC is broken.

Ok I am starting to get curious about what would the world be like with internet comments and social media ....can we try it for a couple of years and see if we like it
