At first I thought pre-excited AF. But early in the tracing looks like a capture beat, which would mean VT. @mgkatz036.bsky.social thoughts?

I agree and had similar thoughts. I'm just trying to make sense of the QRS vector / exit site. RB, superior axis, crossed aVR+aVL, bizarre anterior precordial transition - suggestive of posterior mid-upper septal.
