I liked my job but now thanks to corporate structuring I have pointless/valueless busy work and I can't get my regular job done efficiently anymore because of needless centralization of the process and lack of local authority.
My skill set is in operations management, resource management, systems thinking and efficiency, and asset development.
I took a break from all that to get a low level position and a low stress job only to be reminded that poor corporate management is more stressful at the bottom.
