Just finished helping out Trans and Intersex Pride with handing out leaflets to Talbot Street shops and cafes, talked to lovely people and only a couple of grumpy ones that didn't want to take them due to shop policy.

Took me a long time & lots of work to get over my social anxiety but it's all worth it now as getting involved and interacting with others acting to make things better is the most effective cure for despair.
