Wearing my Grant Wahl jersey today, and when I held the door for a woman buying several bags of ice at 7-11 she said “Happy Pride!” It’s the first time someone’s said that to me outside of a pride parade. It felt good.

The federal poverty line is the basis for eligibility for countless programs. It ignores cost of living diffs and hasn’t been updated in 60 years. It needs to change.

Yeah just a super frustrating crazy making day at work. I need a new job… All good for the moment though!

I had a stellar weekend, including attending the Washington Spirit match last night with my 11-yo, getting in a swim this morning before Father's Day pancakes, and watching some euro 24 action. Then an outing to my fave wetland park followed by the best pizza in the realm (Pupatella).
