My partner (an attorney) just explained to me exactly how Trump’s lawyers fixed it so the Supreme Court would absolutely *have to* kick his case back down to the lower court, and the fact that there’s no way to prevent these shenanigans blows my mind. Except for the fact that I know this is rigged.
