Tumblr is where I first saw her too!! Like, pre-transition seeing her work include mobility aids, etc and just have it be.. normal helped a lot when I was newly disabled and still trying to figure out sexuality with disability
Her and Lav (who does Body Positive Sundays on tumblr) were some of the first to really help destigmatize and normalize talking about your disability as a sex worker for me i love them sm
