This is amazing. I think craziest thing that happened to me as an undergrad was that I managed to convince the BnF to give me a reader card for the music department.

internet hail mary: I have tried my good goddamnedest to find digitized copies of a magazine published by the French army called 5/5 Forces Françaises, formerly Revue des Forces françaises de l'Est, and I have come up with nothing. Anybody who can help me will receive... I dunno. something real.

appeal for help from #skystorians esp in #histSTM - I'm trying to find details on protests in Limousin (France) against ?dams? by the Electricité de France company. Radkau (Nature & Power, 2008) claims they used slogan "Vivent les moustiques!" but I can't find citation/any other source - ideas?
